The smartHOTEL offers smartClassic and renovated smartComfort rooms. Each non-smoking room features a balcony, a flat-screen TV with SKY Entertainment channels, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. Bathrooms include either a bath or shower, plus a hairdryer. smartFlats accommodate up to seven people and include a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, and a balcony.

Culinary experience

The smartHOTEL offers a rich breakfast buffet with coffee and a 3-course dinner menu using fresh, local ingredients. A barbeque with live music takes place on the hotel terrace from June to September. The smartBar provides drinks. The Egger Wirt in Dorfgastein serves regional cuisine and pizza. It is open from Wednesday to Monday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Winter and Summer Activities

In winter, the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski area features 20 lifts and 80 slopes. Cross-country skiing is available on 45 km of trails. The hotel provides a ski storage. Sledging is available at the Aeroplan natural toboggan run and Bellevue Alm toboggan run. In summer, explore 115 km of hiking trails, mountain bike trails, and climbing gardens in Bad Gastein and Klammstein. Guests receive free admission to a public swimming pool 300 metres away and the Dorfgastein Solarbad.
