The location proved quite convenient, offering close proximity to major attractions and public transport. my room was spacious and featured comfortable beds. I found it very clean. the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. I used it several times.
i noticed the hallways and stairs could benefit from some updating.

the hotel is centrally situated, thus providing easy access to many restaurants and shops. metro access is very close, facilitating convenient travel around the area, this is particularly helpful for sightseeing.

the staff was friendly and spoke several languages, hence providing clear explanations. i appreciated the option to leave my luggage before check-in, it allowed me to explore unencumbered until my room was ready.

central location helpful staff decent breakfast
I appreciated the central location, as it allowed me easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was helpful, providing directions and recommendations. The room included tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was also decent enough (with a great selection).
The communal stair area had a grubby carpet. I felt it undermined the otherwise good impression of the hotel.

friendly staff free coffee luggage storage grubby carpet dirty look cramped selection
the staff was friendly. i appreciate free coffee and water in the lobby. the luggage storage before and after my stay was useful.
the stair carpet had a grubby look. it was really dirty i think. this undermined the otherwise good hotel impression. the breakfast area seemed a little cramped to me.
