the staff was polite and very helpful. i liked that the location was excellent for exploring. the breakfast was helpful for early mornings. the on-site breakfast was tasty.

this hotel has an amazing location with easy walking access. the subway, metro, tram and bus stops are close. you will find lots of places within walking distance. it is situated in the 'v' between the two rivers.

the room was not as clean as i expected, i found hair in the bathroom. it was also noisy outside until late at night because i was in the city center. the elevator was not working, inconvenient.

the staff was awesome. they were very helpful.

the air conditioning was not working, and i felt they should have allowed us to control it. the room was warm, and i had to open the window. this made it hard to sleep due to the noisy neighborhood. they determined we weren't hot enough, it was frustrating

the hotel has this central location, very practical for exploration. rooms provided are alright, just fine for a nights rest. staff were friendly, it seemed like being welcomed home.
