friendly staff easy check-in beachfront location variety breakfast
This hotel have friendly staff. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The location at the beach are really good. The breakfast features tasty food and variety options.
The room was kinda small. This isn't a big deal but worth mention.

I found the breakfast buffet served many foods. It was efficient and the staff always refilled items quickly. I could join tables with no issue. I didn't need to wait long for any table.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
slow service poor food selection
The club lounge was quite disappointing. It reminded me of I was sitting in a corridor, not a relaxing space. The food selection was not great, and the service was slow. I often had to ask for drinks, which shouldn't happen in a club lounge. Staff seemed under pressure and a bit overwhelmed.

unclean shower facilities poorly maintained pool area
the staff at the hotel were friendly.
The gym shower facilities were unclean when i wanted to use them. the pool area had visibly dirty cushions. It seemed poorly maintained. loud music from the bar areas was audible inside the room until approximately 10pm. This made it difficult to rest during the evening.
