Really good Service and Great Amenities

My king size bed was comfortable and large. The location was convenient with various restaurants nearby and the staff were always friendly. I received an upgrade to a junior suite. It was very spacious! I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfy bed.
The wait time at the reception was excessive for check-in formalities. My luggage arrived in my room after a significant delay. More organization could improve this.

Breakfast offered many choices. It was a good experience. The assistance and service of the F&B staff, especially Raghu, really stood out. He was attentive to all guest requests and ensured an enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Valet parking was available 24 hours. The gym offered a good range of equipment for a complete workout, but the pool felt mini. I found the valet service to be very prompt and efficient!

The room was really clean and quite spacious. the breakfast offered a huge selection of local and western foods. It was enjoyable. the staff was also very polite. i especially liked the coffee.
The tv didn't work properly. That was annoying! also, the room had a slight unpleasant smell. this was disappointing.
