I liked the room. it was clean because mr raja from housekeeping did a great job. karuppiya was also very friendly. the front desk team assisted me greatly. Mr yousef alameri was particularly helpful. i appreciated the varied food options. the gym is functional. i did recommend this hotel to others.
the room wasn't maintained perfectly. the telephone on the desk was not working. i raised the issue, but no maintenance occurred during my six-hour absence.

My room was impressively spacious. It provided plenty of comfort. wide windows offered a view, though i did not have a corniche view. the bathroom size was huge. The shower was like a waterfall.

Valet parking is available. It is quite convenient. the gym has equipment, i did notice it was functional. the location is near downtown, providing access to shops and restaurants. the hotel is slightly away from noisy areas.

the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, including both continental and middle eastern options.
My room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The carpet had not been hoovered and i saw several stains. there were also stains on the tissue boxes and mirrors. it was quite uncomfortable knowing we had to put up with the previous guest's mess. At least the sheets looked clean.

The room was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of food options. I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Yousef at the front desk was particularly helpful, offering assistance with a smile.
The air conditioning in the room was not very effective making it difficult to sleep comfortably. There was also no refrigerator in the room. I had to request ice from room service for an extra charge. This was a bit inconvenient.

My king size bed was comfortable and large. The location was convenient with various restaurants nearby and the staff were always friendly. I received an upgrade to a junior suite. It was very spacious! I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfy bed.
The wait time at the reception was excessive for check-in formalities. My luggage arrived in my room after a significant delay. More organization could improve this.

Breakfast offered many choices. It was a good experience. The assistance and service of the F&B staff, especially Raghu, really stood out. He was attentive to all guest requests and ensured an enjoyable dining atmosphere.

The room was really clean and quite spacious. the breakfast offered a huge selection of local and western foods. It was enjoyable. the staff was also very polite. i especially liked the coffee.
The tv didn't work properly. That was annoying! also, the room had a slight unpleasant smell. this was disappointing.
