underwhelming experience, several issues noted

inattentive staff cancelled tour

the breakfast had a decent selection including fresh fruit and vegetarian choices.

the reception staff was inattentive, showing a lack of readiness to assist. the promised hotel grounds tour was cancelled without proper explanation. additionally, the booked spa treatment was scheduled at the wrong location, resulting in a 30-minute wait and a cancelled appointment.

unfriendly staff failed promises

the gym was amazing it has a cool architecture

the staff was not friendly from the beginning they seemed displeased to see us upon arrival. the hotel failed to deliver on promises as they did not give us a tour of the hotel. i booked a spa treatment and the hotel has two different spa locations without informing me.

good equipment beach area room decor clueless staff english skills customer service

The fitness studio had very good equipment. I found the beach area to be nice. The room decor was also nice.

The staff seemed a bit clueless. Many staff members did not understand English well. It is hard to understand why the hotel hires people who cannot communicate in English for customer service roles.
