The restaurant at Sheedy's holds Two Rosettes from AA, serving an à la carte menu with contemporary food made from local ingredients. The restaurant is informal and does not have a dress code. The property offers freshly cooked breakfast each morning, including organic porridge with Baileys and a full Irish breakfast with organic farm eggs and artisanal pork sausages. Candied Citrus Peel is available with coffee.

Sheedy's provides access to activities, including walks on the Burren Way, with maps and advice available from John and Martina. Sheedy's Country House is located on the edge of Lisdoonvarna village, 200 meters from the village center and the old Spa Wells, and 65 km from Shannon Airport. The Cliffs of Moher are 10 km away. Nearby landmarks include Doolin Cave (4 km), Kilfenora Cathedral (6.5 km), and Ballinalacken Castle (3.5 km). The property is mid-point on the Wild Atlantic Way, 10 minutes from Doolin and the Cliffs of Moher.
