friendly staff easy access lounge seating elevator service coffee facilities soft pillows

the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful. the hotel offered easy access to the car park, that was really handy. lots of seating areas were available in the lounge, this made it easy to relax.

the elevator was out of service, this was inconvenient. the room had no coffee making facilities, i needed my coffee. i found the pillows to be too soft, it was hard to get comfortable.

tasteless steak slow room service

The evening meal i had was disappointing! the steak was tough, and frankly, tasteless. i expected a lot more for the price. the room service was a bit slow, it took ages to get a simple request fulfilled.
