the staff provided taxi details when asked. that was helpful

the room did not match the pictures online. the bathroom was very small making it hard to move around. i also found breakfast disappointing and felt it had been sitting on a hot plate.

my room was a decent size with a tv. tea and coffee supplies were also available. the hotel location was convenient. the car park access was free (a real plus!).

i found a few things that could use attention. the breakfast service felt a bit rushed, with cereals cleared away early (at 09:50, even though service was to 10:00). a menu for breakfast options would have been helpful. this would clarify what is included in a full irish or vegetarian breakfast.
