the staff was helpful. they assisted with directions to local attractions and promptly addressed a minor issue with the room. i was impressed by the heated swimming pool. it allowed for a relaxing swim regardless of the weather outside and the bar had decent choices.

the wifi signal in some areas of the hotel was a little weak.

i found the hotel very clean throughout. the restaurant service was fast. the staff members were polite. there was plenty to do at the hotel, and many guests were already rebooking their stays at reception, i observed.

the cheesecake tasted a bit low quality.

I loved my time. My room was very clean. breakfast was great with a continental option. the staff were very friendly. the hotel has a nice pool!

the waiter service was so slow at times. it took nearly 90 minutes to get my tea after dinner.

the dining arrangements were not up to standard. the room doubled as the entertainment area so there was still crockery on tables from dinner service. the wi-fi signal in the room was poor and i found this to be a significant inconvenience. i expected better internet connectivity in this day and age.

the staff seemed friendly enough, i guess. dinner and breakfast selections were there i suppose.

my allocated 'standard double room' felt smaller than advertised. the television remote did not work, and i had to go to reception to get it fixed. that took way too long. the shower pressure was barely a trickle, i reminded me of i was washing with a leaky faucet.

I enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and bus stops. This hotel makes it easy to get around! The bar area includes facilities, like a pool table. Live music in the evenings adds a fun touch.

The location may present challenges with mobility issues. It is atop a hill. Cobwebs in the room did detract from the cleanliness. The shower had inconsistent water pressure. It fluctuated between hot and cold.
