acceptable stay with issues
unreliable wifi old bath towels
the staff was nice and cute at the reception. i found the breakfast buffet to have decent options.
The wifi in my room barely worked. It was very frustrating. the bath towels looked quite old and not very white. the temperature control was centralized, so my room felt too warm at night.

Satisfactory City Stay
varied options helpful service strategic location
The breakfast included varied options. Local foods such as roti canai were available one day. Fried rice was on another day. The staff provided nice and helpful service. Front counter and housekeeping staff were both excellent. I appreciated the strategic location as well. I could walk to the Atkinson Clock Tower.
The hotel parking was limited . I carried two pieces of luggage without assistance opening the door. This was slightly inconvenient. The refund of my deposit is still pending.

The hotel features a well-kept outdoor pool with several lounge chairs. Guests can also enjoy a fitness center equipped with treadmills and weight machines. These facilities allow relaxation and exercise .

helpful staff strategic location poor soundproofing old door
the breakfast offered many choices for both locals and westerners. i found the staff very helpful, especially at the front counter. the location is quite strategic and near many places i wanted to visit. i could walk to the atkinson clock tower and gaya street.
the sound proofing was very bad in my room. i could hear sounds from the road and other guests. the bathroom door lock was also too old and difficult to open when i wanted to get out.
