The pool and pool bar were acceptable.
I found the lack of hot water in my room very frustrating. I called five times before it was addressed. This wasted five hours of my stay. The executive suite cost a lot, and the bath wasn't usable.

the rooftop swimming pool was a lovely spot to relax. i also appreciated the complimentary parking. the steam room offered a great way to unwind after a long day. breakfast had many options.
i had to request bath towels, they were missing at first. the coffee machine leaked. the rain showerhead made a strange noise when i used it.

the breakfast selection had a lot of variety. it offered many different options. the staff was generally helpful , especially when i needed directions. they provided clear instructions to nearby attractions.
the room service was quite slow. i waited almost an hour for a simple order of a salad and soup. also , the gym equipment seemed a bit dated. some of the machines were not working properly.
