tall bed nonexistent service

the breakfast had a fantastic array of food on offer, so that was acceptable.

The bed was very tall and required a two-step ladder to reach it. This felt unsafe. getting coffee in the morning was not easy, even if you speak italian. we tried, but it was no use.

I really loved the breakfast. It had many local options. the location was great, right in the middle of the sassi.

The lighting was very dim, i found it hard to see well in the bathroom. there were many stairs. It might be difficult with mobility issues.

The breakfast was good with local cheese and fruits. It stood out from typical buffet offerings.

The lighting was poor. Applying makeup was difficult. the thermostat didn't work well, so the room was cold. there was no safety-box in the room either, and drawers for clothes were missing

The hotel room was unique. It was a cave. The breakfast included fresh produce and delicious cakes. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, I felt welcome. Airport transfer was arranged and efficient.

The lighting was limited in certain areas of the room. I found it challenging to see details in the mirror.

the breakfast area was a charming place. it was very special

The bathroom lighting was almost nonexistent. It was impossible to see well in the mirror. the thermostat did not work well, and it was cold. there wasn't a safety box or drawers for clothes.
