mixed feelings about the stay

The room was quite far from the main building. it was a complicated walk to breakfast and the parking area. reception staff seemed grumpy and did not explain the route well. there were odd pink strobe lights in the shower. I gave this feedback and the co-owner shouted about the architect. that behavior ruined the stay.

This hotel's central location made EVERYTHING accessible. The included breakfast offered local high quality items. The spa with hydro pools and steam room was A GREAT experience. I booked a massage and it was one of the best I have ever had.

My cave room felt a little humid. I wish i had brought a dehumidifier.

Breakfast offered a fantastic choice of locally produced, high-quality items. The staff kept the buffet area clean, fresh, and fully stocked. It was a GREAT start to the day. Live music on piano added to the atmosphere.

The staff were helpful. They quickly addressed my questions and requests. The check-in process was VERY smooth. I received clear instructions about the area and available amenities.

The underground pool area included swimming and hydro pools and steam and sauna rooms. Access to the spa required a fee. It was well worth it. The thermal experience provided relaxation after a day sightseeing.
