Fairly good hotel experience

The room we had was spacious. A large private outside space featured deckchairs along with a table and chairs. The service was efficient. The pool area is beautiful with sunbeds very well spaced out.

The ready-made mix pancake machine is not what I would expect to see in a hotel of this level. I feel that access to the thermal suites should be complimentary. Some of the staff needed training in hospitality.
