Highlights

Location: historic center of Polignano a Mare

Dining: Grotta Palazzese Restaurant with outdoor terrace

Rooms: luxurious suites with jacuzzi and sea view

Private Beach: access to Blue Flag awarded cove

“The dining experience within the cave earns its reputation as truly spectacular, matched by the exclusivity of a private beach-a rare claim. Suites promise panoramic views, though reports suggest some inconsistency with advertised modern conveniences. While the location within Polignano a Mare is undeniable, potential guests should reconcile the high rates with the expected level of service.”
