friendly staff excellent food useful kitchenette okay location poor choice tram ride

the breakfast staff were very friendly. the food choices were excellent. i found the kitchenette in my room very useful.

The hotel location was okay. there wasn't much choice at a bakery very close. i felt i made a poor choice at a local restaurant. It lacked value. other eating places needed a tram ride.

family room varied option

the staff was very kind. our family room was spacious, clean, and included nice touches. breakfast offered fresh food with varied options for both adults and children. it was close to main attractions, however it remained a quiet area.

i wish the car park had guaranteed space upon arrival.

the room included a comfortable double bed and blackout curtains for restful sleep. climate control was effective, and a safe was available for valuables. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

a self-service laundry room was available on the ground floor. vending machines offered snacks and drinks near the reception area. high-speed internet access was complimentary throughout the building.. these were convenient amenities.
