a decent stay, some minor issues
off-street parking local product absent service unavailable staff
the hotel provided off-street parking, very useful. breakfast had a good selection and included local products. i found it nice that coffee was available throughout my stay.
the room was not serviced one day when i returned at 6pm. i was told no service staff were available then. fresh towels were provided, but i had to bring them up to the room myself.

The room was very central. It was easy to reach from the airport bus. The bed was comfortable. It was among the best I have experienced in hotels. I also appreciated that the room felt spacious.
The parking cost seemed a bit high.

superb location underground parking small room no sports channels
the location was superb. the proximity to the pedestrian zone was fantastic (it's just around the corner!). underground parking was available, so i could forget about the car.
the room size was smaller than i had hoped. the lack of sports channels on the television was a slight disappointment (but it wasn't a major issue).

Superb Stay in Great Location
central location friendly staff free refreshments
This hotel is very centrally located. The castle and many restaurants are nearby. It is only about a fifteen-minute walk from the train station. The area on the ground floor works as both a breakfast room and a lounge. Complimentary refreshments are available during the day.. juices, tea, coffee, biscuits, and cake.
I thought I should have read info on room servicing provided either in the room or online.. I couldn't find anything except a do not disturb door note, which we don't use as we went out for the day.

The hotel serves breakfast, and the lounge offers complimentary drinks and snacks during the afternoon. Many restaurants are very close to the hotel.. it is quite convenient. This makes dining out easy.

The hotel provides underground parking, though the car boot lid sometimes caught on the garage roof. The hotel includes a gym and sauna.. these are very welcome amenities. Air conditioning is available in each room.

I found the staff to be professional and helpful. The hotel's location is great, close to many attractions. The breakfast was good and included a variety of options. I appreciated the coffee and tea, available throughout the day, it was a nice perk.
The parking situation presented some challenges, as spaces were LIMITED! and filled up quickly.
