the location proved central. the staff kept our bags secure until the room was ready after our early arrival. the room was thoroughly cleaned and had very comfortable beds. i really enjoyed the ease of getting around from here.

the air conditioning system had temperature restrictions that didn't adequately cool the room. it was a bit uncomfortable the first night.

our air conditioning did not work. i had a fourth floor room, so it was very stuffy. i could not open a window because city noise would have kept me awake.

i found the room decor beautiful and the space lovely. the staff seemed kind from check-in to any nighttime assistance. the cleaning lady was also nice and did a great job.

the air conditioning did not work properly. the fourth floor room felt stuffy as a result. i could not open the window to avoid city noise, so sleeping was difficult.

the staff verified our satisfaction with the room, a nice touch. i appreciated their allowance for late luggage storage because our departure was later. i found the breakfast excellent. i also appreciated the hotel's style, which has a nice nod to the 1920s.

The room was slightly smaller than expected. Space was limited, particularly around the bathroom area, this was slightly annoying.
