Charming stay near the opera

helpful staff local attraction convenient location fresh towel

The staff was really helpful. They provided useful information about local attractions. My room, a classic double room, was clean. The location is convenient (close to everything!). Breakfast provided a good variety of options. I found the staff friendly, I felt cared for. The hotel is decorated with care, a plus. I also appreciated the thoughtful details referencing Voltaire and Verne. I found it easy to reach the hotel after arriving by train. The tram stop is close by, practical. The staff spoke perfect english, made communication easy. The trams in the city are free at the weekend. The hotel is close to several cafes, bars, and restaurants. It is a short walk to the Graslin district (charming!). Fresh towels were provided daily. I had a kettle in the room, great.

The wifi was a bit unreliable at times.

Breakfast offered a good variety. The breakfast room was inviting, i enjoyed lingering over tea. The hotel is close to lots of cafes and restaurants for dining out, especially in the Graslin district.
