A GREAT stay AT a PERFECT location

friendly stafffresh croissantcomfortable stay

I FOUND the staff very friendly and helpful. They assisted with local directions. The included breakfast offered fresh croissants and regional cheese, WHICH i appreciated. I HAD a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel. I COULD store my bicycle in the lockable garage ACROSS the street.

The staff was really helpful. They provided useful information about local attractions. My room, a classic double room, was clean. The location is convenient (close to everything!). Breakfast provided a good variety of options. I found the staff friendly, I felt cared for. The hotel is decorated with care, a plus. I also appreciated the thoughtful details referencing Voltaire and Verne. I found it easy to reach the hotel after arriving by train. The tram stop is close by, practical. The staff spoke perfect english, made communication easy. The trams in the city are free at the weekend. The hotel is close to several cafes, bars, and restaurants. It is a short walk to the Graslin district (charming!). Fresh towels were provided daily. I had a kettle in the room, great.

The wifi was a bit unreliable at times.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The location was very central AND convenient. I found bike storage secure, and i also used the full sized bike pump. The location is close to everything in town.

My room was SMALL for two people, and it was hot in Summer. A small fan was provided.
