The room lacked basic amenities I expect. There was no mini-bar and no luggage rack. That was inconvenient. Daily cleaning service was skipped, and towels weren't replaced unless requested. the soap dispenser in the toilet was empty and not refilled. It definitely seemed like something was missing there.

the hotel has a stylish, comfortable design overall. I noticed books around, it added some ambience. location proved supremely convenient. I could easily reach the train station, bus lines, and tram lines. this location made movement around the city much easier.

i ordered room service at night. i phoned twice, it never arrived. staff assured me it would, but it didn't.
