The breakfast offered many options. The location is well situated near public transport. Staff at breakfast is friendly and helpful. The room was tidy AND MODERN. I found the pillow comfortable. The WC includes a sink separate from the shower room, also with a sink. The room has a coffeemaker. The hotel has an elevator.
The kettle FOR hot water was not in the room. The coffee machine can provide hot water, BUT it smells like coffee. It also wasn't boiling HOT...

The location was quite good. It was easy enough to get around.
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Not much variety there. also, the room felt sterile, a bit too minimalist, not what i expect, though i guess some people might like it. i found the bed way too firm. I had a hard time getting comfortable at all.

The staff was great I found them very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent so central made exploring easy. I used the bakery bar and Atelier restaurant and each one was very good.
There was no kettle for hot water I needed to make tea. The coffee machine can make hot water it smelled like coffee. The water also wasn't boiling hot a kettle would have been much better.

I found the location very convenient. Some tourist spots are within walking distance. The tram system is easy to navigate. The staff members are wonderful and cute. This. Breakfast is something I looked forward to every day. There were many good options.
I noticed there was NO kettle for hot water in the room. The coffee machine can make hot water. it smelled like coffee, and it wasn't boiling hot.

The staff provided PERFECT climate control in the room. It was warm and cozy. Slippers and bathrobes were a VERY nice touch!!! Wonderful soap and lotion smelled very nice. I loved the hard and soft pillows offered on the bed.
I found that there wasn't a kettle present in my room to heat water.

i booked a 2-br family apartment. it turned out to be two connecting rooms. i could have booked that option at a lower rate, so i found this disappointing. the kitchenette had nothing else but a coffee machine. it had a stove but no pots or pans, no plates or cutlery. it was not very useful as such.
