the hotel was in an excellent location right on the plaza mayor. My room was large and airy with a well set up bathroom. Everything was well maintained and the bed was comfortable.

the wifi signal was occasionally weak.

good breakfast main square window view

The breakfast had a lot of variety. I saw cheese, ham, fruits, pastries, eggs, and sausages. The location is AMAZING just a few steps from the main square. I enjoyed the view from the window.

The semi-transparent bathroom door lacked a lock, and it had a gap. This was not comfortable.

the location is really central i appreciated how close it was to everything. the staff were friendly and very helpful to me. breakfast offered a good variety including cheese ham and fresh fruits.

the room i had was too small for the price i paid. there was also a lot of noise in the corridor at night. the room walls were not in the best condition showing some wear.

mixed Feelings About My Stay

cramped room unhelpful staff

the room they gave me felt really cramped, especially since i had my dog with me. there was hardly any space to move around, and i ended up having to put the dog bed right in front of the door, it was kind of a joke. when i asked about it, the staff didn't seem too concerned and didn't offer any real solutions, so that was a bit disappointing!

the location was perfect! veronica was very helpful throughout our stay and ensured everything was great. we could keep our bikes on the terrace on the first floor. i found the central location ideal for visiting the city.

the room was smaller than i expected, which slightly impacted my comfort.
