the hotel is near plaza mayor, a great location! dropping off luggage was easy, then i parked the car. the staff were really nice, especially at breakfast. i loved that the location is perfect, walking distance to almost all cultural attractions!

the room was very cold. when i turned on the air conditioning and heating, a very unpleasant smell came. parking in the area was difficult.

The tv remote didn't work. I tried new batteries, nothing! and the shower pressure was really weak, it was like standing under a leaky faucet. plus, the noise from the street at night really bothered me. Even with the windows closed, i could hear everything. it was hard to get a decent night's sleep because of street noise. so weak shower pressure.

the location was indeed very central , quite near the plaza.

The absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room was rather disappointing, considering many hotels now offer this as standard. i also noticed the lack of proper windows. You really couldn't see anything at ALL. the machine beep from the nearby gym was also A distraction in the morning.

The hotel location proved convenient. It was very close to the main square, made sightseeing easy. My room had a safe box, a smart TV, and nice decor. I found the staff very friendly (always ready to help).

The air conditioning system emitted a slight odor, though it was manageable.
