Signature Suites include a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a Tormes River view, a living room that can convert into a second bedroom, and two bathrooms. Each room includes ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a minibar, a sitting area, a terrace or patio, free toiletries, an AM/FM alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV. Bathrooms provide free toiletries, a shower, and a hairdryer. Some rooms feature wooden beams and stone walls. Certain rooms have views of the pool or river. Villas range up to 70 square meters.

The hotel's farm-to-table operation impressed me as fresh herbs grow in outdoor gardens. I found my beautiful suite with a terrace good, even with the cool weather. The terrace provided spacious views overlooking the water. I enjoyed a spacious bathroom and bathtub.

I was a little disappointed. the room i stayed in felt quite dark, even during the day. it was hard to see things in the closet without using my phone's flashlight. also, i could hear a lot of noise from the room above mine. The ceiling insulation seemed poor.

i was greeted warmly and assisted with my luggage. the public spaces impressed me, especially the restaurant had a calming river view. the staff were both friendly and professional, i must specifically mention juan carlos. the grounds were pretty, and the buildings held so much character.

the minibar selection was not very diverse, which limited choices for in-room refreshments . this impacted the convenience of having a wider variety of options readily available.
