The resort is gorgeous. The beautiful gardens and multiple pools are very well kept. the spa was a dream. It was really good! the staff was so kind and helpful.

Housekeeping was a little inconsistent. My room wasn't always ready until late in the afternoon. i had to follow up a couple of times to have it cleaned.

My room was very spacious and clean. It was a beautiful double or twin room. everything looked new and well kept. The room had all the amenities i needed. it was located near the beach, so i could hear the waves from my room!

Underwhelming Stay, A Few Misses.

poor housekeeping insufficient towels

The hotel is near some local bars and restaurants which was convenient.

Housekeeping was certainly lacking. During my several-night stay, the room was not ready until late in the afternoon on most days. after the cleaning service, there was sometimes one bath towel instead of two.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay

The hotel is located directly on a lovely beach. I enjoyed morning walks there. The staff showed a high standard of service throughout my stay (the reception staff are very helpful). I appreciated the beautiful decor and overall vibe. The gardens are fine. I found the onsite restaurant quite affordable.

The happy hour and drink menu were a bit limited. I would have liked a greater variety of options.
