I really enjoyed the excellent service at the front desk. They handled my tour bookings efficiently. the breakfast was delicious. they provided free laundry which was great. i also appreciated the lift because it made getting to my room easy. the staff are helpful and polite. This is a big plus.
i thought the hard pillow was slightly uncomfortable to sleep on.

this place had a perfect location as it was a few minutes walk from the main square. a prosecco and oyster bar were right next door. it was also centrally located for almost everything i wanted to see.

the hotel is very close to the main square. i also found the staff to be friendly. breakfast was nice to start my day. the room was clean and spacious.
The bathroom felt a bit outdated. The toilet didn't flush very well. the curtains in my room could not be fully shut at night. They were decorative.
