Seawood House Boutique Bed and Breakfast provides rooms named after local landmarks. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Suites feature king-size beds, sofas, and views of Lynmouth Bay and Watersmeet Valley, with a full Sky TV package and a DVD library. Superior rooms offer sea views and include Sky TV. Classic rooms, located on the Atlantic side, have Sky TV entertainment. The Woody Bay room on the first floor includes solid oak furnishings and a king-size bed with a memory foam topper. Lee Bay, on the second floor, features a cast iron king-size bed with a memory foam topper. Some rooms offer views of the Bristol Channel.

Dinner is served in the hotel dining room with views of Lynmouth Bay and the Foreland, featuring cuisine prepared using local ingredients.
