easy accessused tablet of soapuncovered rawlplugs
the hotel's location near the funicular railway provided easy access to nearby attractions. even arriving late, the welcome was very warm.
I was disappointed to find the bathroom needed more thorough cleaning. A used tablet of soap sat in the shower soap dish. various alterations in the bathroom did not cover up old rawlplugs. the website implied fine dining was available, but only breakfast occurred.

the room was lovely. it had a sea view, i could see the water from my bed. breakfast was also very good, a solid start to my day. the staff was friendly, they welcomed me warmly.
the bathroom floor had a crack. a big crack was visible on the floor tile. the window sill looked dirty, it clearly has not been painted in years. some floor boards were uneven, i almost tripped going into the bathroom.
