i appreciated the airport transport Elidon arranged so well. He helped schedule scuba diving and Land of Legends. Natalie, Büşra, and the animation team were very good. They organized fun evenings. Halla from guest relations ensured my stay was comfortable.

I found the personnel helpful and professional. Hala, from guest relations, was especially helpful. The hotel provided a room upgrade to a suite with a balcony. The food had variety and decent quality drinks.

The room air conditioning seemed dated and lacked a remote. Cleanliness was disappointing. They constantly tried to sell something.
