Junior Suites (45 sqm) feature a king-size bed and a separate living area. Family Rooms in the main building or bungalows have two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Family Suites (63 sqm) include a sitting area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The Golf Suite (90 sqm) offers mountain and coast views, a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Presidential Suites (164 sqm) feature two bedrooms, a dining area, a hot tub, and a kitchen. Presidential Villas include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, a terrace, a barbecue, a private pool, and a private sauna.

The main restaurant, Ipekyolu (Silk Road), serves international specialties in an elegant atmosphere. The Kebap House offers a traditional village breakfast and kebabs for dinner. The Uskuna Fish Restaurant features Mediterranean seafood. La Cascade Restaurant offers French cuisine. Dolce Vita Restaurant serves Italian dishes. The Dragon Restaurant offers Chinese cuisine. There are also Mexican, Chinese, and Brazilian à la carte restaurants. Xanadu Bar offers colorful lights, live music, and views. Rosebud Bar serves drinks with live music on some evenings. The Patisserie Lounge provides cakes, pastries, and juices. The Beach Bar offers food and drinks near the sea. The Secret Garden Bar is located in the garden near the Secret Garden Pool.
Leisure & Entertainment
Xanadu Resort has a 415-meter private beach with sand and pebbles, awarded with the Blue Flag. There are three outdoor pools, three water slides, two children's pools, and four pools in the Kids' Club. Water sports include parasailing, jet skiing, and windsurfing. Sports facilities include two tennis courts and a gym. Indoors, there are bowling, darts, billiards, and video games. The Shang-Du Spa offers treatments and a Turkish bath. Evening entertainment includes international shows in the amphitheater and live music in Xanadu Bar or Rosebud Bar.
Kids' Club Fancyland
Fancyland Kids Club is designed for children aged 1 to 16, with activities for three age groups. Indoor areas include a reception, sleeping room, playing room, kitchen, and WC for children aged 1 to 3. There is also a miniature amphitheater and table games. The Kids and Teens area has four pools, including a 29 square meter Baby Pool with a depth of 35 cm. There are water pistols, mini and maxi water slide towers with separate plunge pools.

Xanadu Resort Hotel is located in the Belek Tourism Center in Antalya, near historical and tourist attractions. It is 38 minutes from Antalya Airport, 11 minutes from Belek City Center, and 25 minutes from the Aspendos antique theater. The hotel is set within a natural pine forest overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Xanadu Island is located on a private peninsula surrounded by the Aegean Sea, near Akyarlar village and Bodrum city.
