aliya was very useful and kind with her assistance, i would note. the hotel provided everything i expected from a 5-star resort. the breakfast had good quality and extensive choices.
the drinks were very expensive, i realized. the nice wines by the glass were not included after upgrading. they only offered a very cheap pinot grigio.

the room had all the basic necessities i needed for my stay.
I was disappointed to find that the service was slow. It took a long time to get assistance by the pool, and i often had to find someone myself to place an order.

the pool area had plenty of space. i found the view of the mountains offered a magical backdrop. our room was spacious. it also included a large balcony.
i noticed mold in the bathroom. the bedroom lights turned off automatically and required frequent manual restarting. i reported this after the first night, but it was not fixed after four nights. water leaked from the shower onto the floor.

An Acceptable Hotel Stay

The beach access was ideal and the beach itself is one of the best. The front office staff was helpful. Mr Abdulfatah was friendly. He checked daily to ensure my stay was satisfactory. I found this level of attentiveness quite adequate.
My room did not have a pool view, though I had booked it. I complained, but the front desk said nothing could be done due to the hotel being full. As compensation, I received half board for my stay after a lot of persistence. The king bed in my room was actually two single beds put together. This arrangement was not very suitable.
