the room was spacious. i had a good mattress and duvet. i also appreciated the location in district 7. it had many shops and cafes.

the breakfast room was too small. people waited to find seats. the walls are thin. i could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

poor sound insulationdated decor

The room lacked proper sound insulation, and street noise disrupted sleep. The bathroom design was flawed, with a poorly fitted toilet seat. It was quite bothersome. The advertised 'hip' decor seemed more dated upon closer inspection. The pictures did not accurately represent the actual condition.

i am happy with the helpful staff. the location is superb for accessing museums. the breakfast selection was quite satisfying. the rooms were spacious and clean. i appreciated the coffee machine. complimentary tea and coffee pods were a nice touch. the proximity to restaurants and cafes was very useful, and tram access made central areas reachable.

the shower design was a bit flawed. water leaked onto the bathroom floor each time i used it.

the staff was very helpful with directions. also they assisted with luggage. the reception operated 24 hours. this provides added security and assistance at any time.
