Excellent stay near Prater

The room was quite spacious and had a safe inside. Staff were very helpful, especially when I needed some recommendations. A playground is located near the hotel. I noticed kids enjoying themselves as their parents relaxed (that seemed convenient!).

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, and it was sometimes difficult to sleep. I also noticed a constant dripping of condensation from the air conditioning unit, and the sound was noticeable.

Staff members were attentive and responsive, assisting with directions. They promptly addressed our inquiries and provided support with luggage handling. Their service significantly enhanced the hotel experience for everyone.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of fresh fruits and pastries. There was a good choice of hot dishes, including eggs and sausages. A lovely lady was there taking care of the breakfast buffet.

the room felt outdated. the furniture looked worn and some of the doors creaked loudly it was hard to ignore. also i found the breakfast options a bit limited despite claims of variety i wished for more fresh fruit.
