Perfect Getaway Just Outside the City Center

The location was PERFECT, right next to the subway. This made it easy to reach many tourist places in just twenty minutes. The staff was super polite and helpful. The room was modern and very spacious.

My only concern was the absence of some expected amenities. There wasn't a fridge to cool my drinks. I had to go downstairs to get refreshments.

The room's temperature was higher than I wanted, and I could not open the windows.

the staff was very friendly. the hotel was close to the subway station so it was easy to get around from the airport.

the room did not have a safe or a mini fridge. housekeeping did not clean our room once even though we stayed for three nights. fresh towels were delivered one day but the bed was unmade and the curtains were still drawn

the hotel is located close to the erdberg bus terminal and a subway station is across the street (very useful for getting around). the staff was helpful. they allowed us to have two beds instead of one per room.

the air conditioning for the building was not working. the room was warm. i could not open the window properly. the 'outside' window could not be opened at all.
