The location was really central. I found cafes and restaurants just steps away. public transport was also easy to access. It made getting around quite simple.

the shower made the bathroom a bit wet. i think a simple fix would improve that.

After reading some reviews, i was a bit nervous, but i'm so happy i didn't cancel my reservation! the staff were very friendly and helpful . The location is ideal, i could take a quick tram ride into the city center. the hotel has a beautiful cat! i'm already planning to return in a few months.

the shower was a bit awkward, with water easily splashing around the small bathroom area. a simple shower curtain or enclosure could really improve this.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location suited my needs well, as it was about a twenty-minute walk to dam square.

the shower allowed water to soak the bathroom. i noticed the elevator was quite slow , and it did not seem to function very well.

I worried a little after all i read, but i was so relieved i didn't cancel! it wasn't some fancy hotel, but it worked perfectly for a few nights. the staff had such kindness, and the room felt clean and comfy. i liked the beautiful hotel cat. It was so sweet.

the hotel allowed us to drop off luggage at the register all day during check-out and check-in. this provided so much freedom as we explored the city without burdens. there was also convenient tram stops located very close to the hotel.
