The staff were friendly. They provide assistance with directions. The hotel location near a tram stop proved useful. The room had a powerful hot shower which was nice.

My room was located underneath the building. I could hear everything from the Main Street outside. The window was thin and the noise made it hard to sleep. The bedding seemed quite old and lumpy.

Really good Location for the Price!

I found the location convenient. I could quickly reach key areas using nearby transport links. The staff was also really helpful. They were always ready to assist with directions and advice about the area.

The room was quite small. Space for luggage was definitely tight. It was a little inconvenient. I would appreciate a bit more room to move around comfortably.

the location is superb for visiting key museums as they are very close. the area was beautifully quiet . i felt very secure as a solo traveler at this location.

the hotel lacked hot drink facilities neither in the room nor in the lounge area.
