the staff was helpful , i guess.
the room was small and stuffy , not great when trying to sleep. also , having to share a bathroom wasn't ideal , it felt a bit like a hostel , not a hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. The room was clean and well-kept. Breakfast included fresh bread, cheese, and fruit (I really enjoyed the variety!). I was able to leave my bags after checking out.

The breakfast setting feels like a cafe. Friendly staff makes coffees to order. There were lots of food choices, including fresh bread and croissants. Cheese, ham, and fruit were also available.

The hotel is close to the city center. It is easy to walk to many places from the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The train station is also an easy walk.

The room was light and airy. Window shutters kept the room dark at night. A pedestal fan was supplied (it was a warm summer). The bed was very comfortable.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me get my bearings. The staff was accommodating when I needed to book an extra night. They helped me with an adaptor.
