EXCITING lakeside getaway!

I received an upgrade upon arrival. The service was prompt. I had EASY access to the city center. (Can't beat that!) The room featured lovely heating and extra blankets. The breakfast selection included various options.

The hotel music, played in lifts and hallways, was VERY loud R&B. I found this strange, especially since it was near the holidays. There was NO air conditioning in the rooms.

The hotel boasts a PRIME location directly on the lake. A beautiful pathway along the lake offers an easy walk. It is only a brief stroll to the city center and marina. (Perfect for exploring!)

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. parking on-site was convenient for us. the breakfast buffet was lovely with chefs happy to assist (i appreciated their help!). i had fine views of the lake from my room.

the balcony wasn't very inviting to sit on.

the reception staff was great and really helpful . i also found the breakfast chefs very accommodating, they were happy to assist me with any needs. the housekeeping staff kept the room pristine each day.

Fantastic Stay with Fine Lake Views!

The room faced the amazing lake. A wide open space offered magnificent lake views just outside the room (this is a definite plus!). The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. The housekeeping staff kept the room very clean.

The ChromeCast in the room did not connect to our devices, slightly limiting our entertainment options.
