Rungstedgaard has standard rooms in the main house and superior rooms with park or chef's garden views. Suites include the Blixen Suite, which features a sea view. Rooms provide a flat-screen TV and coffee/tea facilities. All rooms include ironing facilities, heating, a sitting area, a terrace or patio, garden furniture, free toiletries, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, carpeted or parquet floors. Extra beds are not available in all room types.
Nordic Cuisine
Rungstedgaard offers two restaurants that serve Nordic-inspired cuisine. The Lounge restaurant seats 24 guests. The kitchen prepares menus using seasonal ingredients, with greens and edible flowers sourced from the chef's own eco-garden. Breakfast includes baked goods, yogurts, muesli, waffles, sausages, eggs, home-produced honey, fresh juices, coffee, and tea.
Activities and Leisure
Guests can relax in lounge areas, play pool or ping pong in the Rosa Lounge, or read in the Green Lounge. Outdoor activities include football on the lawn, petanque, and children's bikes. Paddleboards and bikes are available. Coast Zone provides team-building activities. Guests may visit Rungsted Harbour, the Karen Blixen Museum, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Kronborg Castle, and nearby golf areas.
