Restaurant Jordnær, a Michelin-starred restaurant located at the hotel, offers gourmet cuisine Wednesday to Saturday from 6PM to 10PM. Sandwiches from 'Slagter Broe' are also available. The hotel is near the Eremitage Palace and Klampenborg Station. The hotel can be accessed via train from Copenhagen Airport (50 minutes) or DFDS Terminal (28 minutes). S-train line E stops at Gentofte Station, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Free parking is available for cars under 2.35 m via Gentoftegade or Erichsensvej.
