the front desk staff was very helpful. they reprinted my paper tickets for two events that got wet. this saved me from any problems at the event entrances. the hotel gave me a room as soon as i arrived, that was before official check-in time, so i could start touring immediately.

the lighting in my room was quite poor. it made it a bit difficult to see clearly in the evenings.

The parking location was really convenient. It was first come, first serve right upfront. the rooms are of a decent size and are well maintained. the breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of food and drinks. i liked that i could use whatsapp to communicate with reception regarding my arrival.

our room, it seemed, had a slight musty smell, possibly due to humidity. from the bathroom.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to a vast parking lot. It felt very secure. it is also near the royal palace. the hotel is a short walk to reggia di. the station.
