Excellent stay in central location

smooth check-in easy checkout reliable air conditioning great advice

Check-in was smooth. I got a late checkout without any problems. The room had reliable air conditioning. WiFi worked well . The location was near many important places. I could walk to the train in one block. The ferry was only three blocks away. Toledo street was also three blocks away. The staff were nice. Fabio gave great advice about the local area. Michele was also helpful. I felt well cared for by everyone. The tobacconist shop across the road sold public transport tickets. Tickets cost €4.50 for a one day pass. I found this to be good value. There were bars and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast had limited options. There was only white toast.

The reception staff were helpful. Fabio paid special attention and was very attentive to my requests! Other staff members, including Rosaria, Rosella, and Michele, offered excellent service throughout the hotel.

The hotel provides soundproof rooms, assuring a peaceful stay. My room included air conditioning. Cleanliness was a priority. The beds were comfortable, with a good rest after a day of exploration.

excellent service helpful advice perfect location

The reception staff provided excellent service. Fabio and Michele offered helpful advice. The hotel location is near the train and the ferry. A gelato shop is across the street.
