shuttle service better rates delicious food

I appreciated the hotel's shuttle service. It was very helpful for reaching local attractions. I saved money on taxi fares to Naples. Dining at the resort was a highlight. I found the food consistently delicious and fresh.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

shower issue breakfast freshness

I had booked a supposed 4-star hotel, but it did not meet expectations. The shower overflowed into the bathroom. We had to constantly mop up the water. The breakfast looked appealing initially, but much of the food lacked freshness. Taxis arranged by the hotel were also problematic. One was late, and the driver used his phone while driving.
