The staff were friendly and came out of the way to help. Particularly Nomar and Ram.

I found it hard to gain entrance. I needed to respond on the date payment was taken, it was not clear. Another guest helped me after the proprietor did not answer at first, a concern. There were no instructions for the TV. I gave up trying to use it.
