i found the staff accommodated my needs well and were very helpful. the room was quite very comfy and tidy. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions. i also appreciated the complimentary wine provided twice .

i noticed the bathroom wall was frosted glass. the light was coming into the bedroom when the bathroom was in use. i upgraded my room to avoid this issue.

the staff were generally attentive and quick to respond to requests. i requested extra towels and they arrived within minutes. the concierge assisted with directions and local information.
