decent stay overall

lebanese restaurant helpful manager delicious food large hotel strenuous walk high price
the Lebanese restaurant was a highlight. the manager, rami, and waiter, omar, were very helpful. chef abbelias made sure our food was delicious and plentiful. i found the spa to be one of the best i have visited.
the hotel is quite large. walking around and using the stairs was exhausting because of the heat. i relied on the buggy service often. i probably would not return because the price does not justify it.

professional service helpful staff beautiful grounds bad buffet lacking quality extra charge
the staff was quite helpful in the restaurant! especially mr jamal and mr abdul aziz provided professional service. i found it an experience to repeat again for sure. THE grounds were large and beautiful.
the dinner buffet was very bad, i thought its taste and quality were lacking. i expected an ordinary dinner considering the price i paid. when i asked for something to drink, they told us i had to pay extra for soft drinks as well. it was a disappointing experience.
