the staff was quite helpful in the restaurant! especially mr jamal and mr abdul aziz provided professional service. i found it an experience to repeat again for sure. THE grounds were large and beautiful.

the dinner buffet was very bad, i thought its taste and quality were lacking. i expected an ordinary dinner considering the price i paid. when i asked for something to drink, they told us i had to pay extra for soft drinks as well. it was a disappointing experience.

I was charmed. the hotel offered multiple pools, i think i counted ten of them. access to the dead sea was easy. It was within 100 meters of the pool. staff provided cold cloths and fruit by the loungers.

the hotel is slightly dated.
