The hotel architecture is amazing. It really stood out. The direct access to the beach was priceless, I liked this very much. The staff members were helpful. They wanted to assist. Ahmad at the reception helped upgrade my room.

The cleanliness of the room was not ideal! the upholstery was dirty. The furniture was very old and aged. Pest control needs attention. I saw moths.

the reception team provided toys for my children, acceptable.

the toilet in my room did not flush, despite my requests for assistance. i had to use a trash bin to flush it. the bed was broken and sleeping on it was nearly impossible.

efficient front desk quick luggage handling prompt golf cart

i found the front desk efficient. the bell service handled luggage quickly and without issue. i appreciated the prompt golf cart service to reach the dead sea. i had a nice private access to the beach.

housekeeping overlooked refilling toiletries one day. it was minor, but slightly inconvenient.

i totally loved my time here! dana from guest relations is amazing. i received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, it was so very nice.

the 18+ pool had younger people there. the pool was not clean for a five-star hotel. that was disappointing
