loud neighboursinconsistent water pressure

I found several aspects less than satisfactory. The neighbors were quite loud, hosting a party in the garden late into the night (both nights). This definitely impacted sleep quality. the shower's water pressure was inconsistent. It fluctuated wildly during use, pretty annoying.

The hotel location is near the beach. It was a short walk. The cooked breakfast was good. Free parking was available onsite.

The neighbours at the back were noisy. They had a party in the garden both nights. One room did not have running water. The television was very high.

the breakfast was perfect, cliff the owner always made sure everyone had what they wanted. rooms had everything i needed, feeling very homely. free parking at the front and rear of the hotel, super convenient. it was easy to explore the surrounding area by foot from the hotel.

my room faced the back, there was neighbours who are noisy having a party.

Cliff, the host, was friendly and took time to chat with each guest. he always made sure everyone got what they needed for breakfast. This detail really shone through. great service indeed!

the cooked breakfast each morning was really delicious and filling. cliff made certain that every guest received exactly what they wanted. plus, tea and coffee facilities in the room was a nice bonus.
