How far is Chillington House from Burgh Island? I need to plan for a wedding event.

Chillington House is approximately 40-45 minutes away from Burgh Island, though travel time may vary based on tide conditions.
I have a three-month-old baby and am concerned about noise. Will my baby disrupt other guests? Also, is there a car charging facility on-site for my electric car?
