the breakfast was acceptable (it included many options).
the gym lockers were not what i would expect from a five-star hotel. the buffet also did not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. there were no tennis courts available.

the hotel team was attentive. special thanks to mr mohamed al-nafissa and ms sherine el-genidy. i found their help essential to the visit. my daughter's birthday was notable thanks to the staff's gentle care.
my room lacked natural light. it was dark and gloomy facing the inside of the building. there was also a slight issue with noise. i could hear conversations from the next room.
